Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) at Virginia Tech
This website serves as the landing resource for sponsored research administration at Virginia Tech. It underwent a slight redesign the fall of 2016 to create a more logical navigation menu, leverage new University web templates, and a change of content management systems from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). I have served as webmaster for this web site since 2008, with my role shifting to CMS administrator in 2014 with an emphasis on working with content owners within OSP, reviewing and approving content for web, and developing custom user interface elements.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and engage with unit stakeholders in each department to ensure content is kept up-to-date.
- Coordinate with OVPRI Human Resources due to high turnover of employees in department so that staff pages and task responsibility information is kept up-to-date, as well as editing roles in CMS are kept current.
- Serve as POC for moving website from Drupal CMS to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Utilize Google Analytics to provide reports to OSP for areas in which content could be improved.
- Responsible for taking photos of new employees when they are onboarded.
